Soldier & cops push victim

1:31:02 on the N911 dvd clock
See again the soldier previously mentioned as resembling the soldier-disguised-as-fireman who almost ran into Pfeifer on Pfeifer's way in to WTC-1 (at D0:27:54)

See that same soldier here attending a victim on the ground. The victim is on all fours. The soldier is in a crouch beside him. M-16 is slung on soldier's back. Soldier is wearing orangeish latex gloves. See soldier call for help in one direction, toward the victim's rear.

From the other direction, the victim's front, the soldier's rear, see THREE OFFICERS (I presume they're city cops) who were WAITING RIGHT THERE for that CUE for them to move in and "help." The pre-stagedness is obvious in the cop on the left, who starts the scene in an obvious STANDSTILL, STEADYING himself, HIS LEFT ARM RESTING ON THE RIGHT ARM OF THE COP TO HIS LEFT, his right arm hanging motionlessly, straight down and both feet planted.

Then he suddenly starts moving forward with a big, purposeful, scripted left step accompanied by throwing his right arm forward. Then what's the first thing the cops DO with the victim? ASSESS him? Ask the SOLDIER what happened to the victim? Take the victim's VITAL signs? No, of course not. First, we must PAT THE VICTIM ON THE BACK (done by cop on left), and gently PUSH DOWN on the victim to see whether he'll topple over or recover to a sitting position. Standard first aid procedure!

Check out the background too: ANOTHER CAMERAMAN. With a boom microphone man following him. The camera type may or may not be a discernible & useful datum. I note that his t-shirt resembles that of the sitting-around-the-firehouse uniform. Dark blue with the ornate white dept. emblem on the left breast. His head/hair may or may not resemble Jules. The boom mike man is dressed differently from the first boom-mike man I discovered, the one seen accompanying "Gedeon" at D0:52:07-08.
